I saw that picture popup on a fan's Instagram first and thought "Wow, Dan looks unusually comfortable for one of those fan-cropped-out-of-the-middle photos!" Oh. No, okay. This is just a thing they do now. That's cool. That's good.

Dan Howell: providing a photo of him and Phil that he knows we will melt over and still needing to defend his photography skills while doing it. I love one neurotic nerd.

edit because top of the page needs this obvs

watsonian wrote: Thu Jul 05, 2018 2:26 am Not sure how to interpret Seth’s tweet, especially as I don’t know of him. How did he get from blatant innuendo/flirting to excessive dot dot doting in that exchange?

Seth has been on quite a mission to seduce all the big-name youtubers and they are all (or mostly) responding to him, which I find quite amusing. He's got a like from Phil for this so maybe #pheth is not that far off.

Also, I love it that Phil is getting flirted at by all the cool kids like Seth and Tom Daley while Dan gets Jeremy Corbyn and Edward Snowden. Not sure what that means or why yet but I love it.

Oh and I'm so happy we are able to fund their honeymoon world exploration. Gimme more!

It's 5.50am, my alarm doesn't go off for another hour and a half, my body woke me up without a reason and I think it's because the universe is trying to fucking kill me with how fucking cute and in love they are. They're so loud right now and damn I love it

I particularly love the fact that Dan (or Phil) probably took that pic for his own private collection then decided to post it on his insta story

Sharing a beach towel... Fireworks?! GIGGLY?!

The whole evening sounds so cute & that photo is a treasure.

Fans: *look at M&G photo*

Fans: Wow they are standing so close and look so comfortable omg

Dan: hold my beer

Oh Seth definitely wants to flirt with Dan as well, especially on tumblr. He mentions dan in the tags on a regular basis.

dan put 'interrupted by fireworks' in an insta story, like he was playing the song, and in the next ig story he said "is this what you all wanted???" it was wild as hell.

Jesus I can 100% see this happen and I would honestly get on a plane to smack him

What kind of married bullshit are those ig stories?!
IS THIS EVEN REAL LIFE ANYMORE?!

I feel like this post sums up 2018 pretty well tbh

I always thought #phan was as good as a ship name could get ("phandom" is genius), but I absolutely love #philth.
Maybe we can just support philth and dick in the future?

I miss Dan and Phil :'(

i know its put there ironically but i still died a little inside, dan why

Considering how poorly this show sold I'm not expecting much content from it.

Can capita£ester post a video he can monetize and also give us some content, two birds with one stone please?

Yes, video, please.

a small, outdoor show seems not as bad as it may sound tbh. like a little group just hanging out with dnp, swatting bugs away on stage and possibly dan screaming about a wasp. i hope they at least have a tent thing over them to protect the audience from the sun.

also i want a phil vid. i just.... need.... it....

I didn't get a notif for this? Strange. Regardless, love these. Esp that first one.

Also there's quite a few sweet posts on twitter about Marianne
They were really serious about the single use plastic weren't they?

marianne seems so sweet and i can feel her blessed presence through my screen........ what a legend....
also i don't know why i love phil's legs so much but i do. especially in those shorts, like the colour looks so nice on him.

when you take a cute selfie but you need to say shit to keep the branding alive

Cornelia is apparently about to read some phanfiction and I don't know what to think.
As for Marianne, can confirm she's totally lovely. Super pleasant, really polite and makes you feel more comfortable in a stressful situation. She comforted me while I was about to go up to meet them during my M&G and she was just super sweet.

Just dropping in to say they both look so, so good in that 4th of july beach photo

I just really wish Dan would wear lighter colours more often, they suit him so well. That said, I love how he keeps insisting he's all about those black clothes and long jeans and "dark blue is the closest I'll get to wearing a coloured shirt" despite all the photos in shorts or light clothes but whatever you want, dude. Really living up to the whole 'living your truth' thing here eh

I had never seen Marianne before, she looks like such a lovely person. (I also watched Shane Dawson's videos on Tanacon this week and I appreciate Dan and Phil and their team even more now, knowing how bad it could've been. We're a lucky bunch here.)
